At ORA, every piece is created with intention — designed in small, purposeful batches to ensure quality, meaning, and exclusivity. Because of this, we handle returns a little differently.


Exchanges & Store Credit:

If something isn’t right, eligible unworn items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.


To qualify, items must be:

    •    Unworn & unwashed

    •    Free of scents, marks, or damage

    •    In original condition with tags/packaging

Once your return is inspected and approved, you’ll receive store credit or a size exchange (based on availability).


Final Sale Items:

Due to limited production and drop-based releases, the following items are final sale:

    •    Limited drops

    •    Sale or discounted pieces

    •    Pre-order items

    •    Custom items


Refunds:

At this time, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Store credit helps us maintain intentional production and avoid waste — enabling us to keep creating meaningful, high-quality pieces with purpose.


Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Order:
