Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
During new drops or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times:
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
• International Orders: 7–21 business days (varies by location)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.
Tracking Information:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the package weight.
Free shipping is available on orders over $100.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:
Once an order is shipped, delivery is in the hands of the carrier.
ORA is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs processing, holidays).

Wrong Shipping Address:

Orders already shipped cannot be rerouted.
International Orders:
Customs fees, duties, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot mark packages as “gift” by law.

Fraud Prevention
